  This joke of a company are nothing more than con men, liars and thieves!
  
  From start to finish it has been an absolute nightmare. After paying my deposit I was asked by Alan (the owner) to pay the remaining balance of £4,600 over the phone. The payment was taken and the amount confirmed to be £4,800 which I questioned incase it had been an error, he told me he took £4,600. On checking my bank statement a few days later I discovered that I was not mistaken and he had intact taken an extra £200 from my account after lying about a few days previously on the phone.
  
  After countless phone calls I was assured time and time again that my refund was being processed and I would receive it shortly. To this day I have still not received a penny. Along with this I received a completely different cooker hood with the wrong colour chimney to which I had ordered and again await a replacement without any joy.
  
  Paul the installation manager finally made a home visit after 2 weeks of constant phoning to complain about the jobs that I felt the fitters Alan and Craig hadn't done properly, he agreed with me and said it was atrocious. He took a note of all the jobs that had to be fixed along with the replacement chimney and the £200 still to be returned and said one of the fitters would be out one day the following week.
  
  Craig did call the following week only to inform me they were to busy and they would be in touch when they had time. 4 weeks on I'm still waiting, no apology, no offer of compensation from this company, no morales whatsoever!
