  Have been waiting since October for end caps that they lost when repairing my blind. Had to get several replacement blinds due to bad quality or wrong blind being supplied. They also ignored my wife's calls and messages regarding this. I would love to give a good review for a small business but the service received has been substandard. Constantly have to chase them when there is a problem.
